West Brisbane writers, now is your chance to hear from some of the best authors. At The Letter Lounge in Red Hill on 21 October, an event called Paths to Publishing will feature six published authors talking about publishing.

- Davide Cottone
Owned by business partners Judy Gregory and Anne-Maree Jaggs, The Letter Lounge is a spot for writers that can also serve as a venue for various events. It is also a place that offers an eclectic range of items such as homeware and jewelry.
Food offered are named after literary classics with a twist such as Cone with the Wind, Much Ado about Muffin and Life of Pi.
They also served Elixir coffee whilst their teas are sourced from the Tea Centre.
There is no loud music here, just quiet background music to ensure that everybody remains productive and inspired to work on their next novel.
There is also a small garden for those who want to breathe some fresh air whilst reading a good book.
The lounge is built for training events, meetings and other group activities with three meeting rooms all set up and ready to go. There is also a large training room complete with audio visual equipment.
